CIROA BEAUTY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS (UK)

We only ship to the UK. These Terms apply solely to UK customers.
Our liability under these Terms is limited as set out in clause 8.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

1.1 This website (the Site) is operated by Jamesly Ltd (Company number: 16517492) (we, our, us).
1.2 Ciroa Beauty is a consumer brand owned and operated by Jamesly Ltd. Ciroa Beauty provides personal care and beauty products sold exclusively under the Ciroa Beauty name.
1.3 This Site is the only direct-to-consumer (B2C) website operated by Jamesly Ltd. Other Jamesly brands may be referenced on this Site, but only Ciroa Beauty products are available for purchase here.
1.4 These terms and conditions (Terms) form a contract between you (the customer placing an order) and us.

 

2. Use of the Site

2.1 By accessing and ordering from the Site, you accept these Terms.
2.2 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
2.3 You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g. unlawful activity, infringement of rights, introducing viruses, scraping, or interfering with functionality).

 

3. Accounts

3.1 You may purchase products by creating an account or checking out as a guest.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current information and ensure account security.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity under your account.

 

4. Orders

4.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products at the listed price (including delivery and applicable taxes).
4.2 Orders are subject to acceptance. We may reject or cancel orders due to stock availability, error, or other circumstances.
4.3 Delivery is available only within the United Kingdom.

 

5. Price & Payment

5.1 Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
5.2 You must pay the total price (including delivery) at checkout using the payment methods listed on the Site.
5.3 Discount codes or promotions may be offered, subject to conditions set out on the Site.

 

6. Delivery, Title & Risk

6.1 We only deliver to UK addresses.
6.2 Delivery dates are estimates only.
6.3 Title transfers once payment is made in full. Risk passes on delivery.

 

7. Consumer Rights (UK)

7.1 As a UK consumer, you have statutory rights under consumer law, including the right to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
7.2 You also have a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless otherwise excluded (e.g. personalised products).
7.3 These rights are in addition to any return policies set out on the Site.

 

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Subject to your statutory rights, we are not liable for:

indirect or consequential losses,
loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
8.2 Our liability in respect of any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant product(s).

Notices: Must be in writing, via email or post.
Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays due to events outside reasonable control.
Assignment: You cannot transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
Amendments: We may update these Terms by publishing new versions on the Site. The Terms in force at the time of your order will apply.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
