1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Jamesly Ltd, company number 16517492, trading as Ciroa Beauty, of C/O Paul Beare Ltd, 100 Bollo Lane, London, United Kingdom, W4 5LX.

This prize draw is based in the United Kingdom and is open to eligible residents of the United Kingdom and Australia.

These Terms & Conditions will be published on the Ciroa Beauty UK website and the Ciroa Beauty Australia website.

2. Promotion period

The prize draw opens when the official giveaway post is published on Ciroa Beauty’s Instagram and/or TikTok account.

The prize draw closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 May 2026, which is 2:59pm BST on 31 May 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Australia who are aged 16 years or over at the time of entry.

Entrants aged 16 or 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter. If an entrant aged 16 or 17 is selected as the winner, their parent or legal guardian must accept the prize on their behalf and provide the required delivery details.

Entrants must have valid Instagram and/or TikTok accounts and must comply with the relevant platform terms of use.

Employees, directors, contractors, agencies, suppliers, prize partners and immediate family members of anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter, entrants must complete the following steps during the promotion period:

1. Follow @ciroabeauty and @ciroabeautyuk on Instagram and TikTok

2. Like the official giveaway post

3. Tag a friend in the comments of the official giveaway post

Each valid comment tagging one friend counts as one entry. Entrants may enter multiple times, provided each comment tags a different valid account.

Entrants may receive three extra entries by sharing the official giveaway post to their Instagram Story. A maximum of three bonus entries will be awarded per entrant for Story sharing.

Story shares must be visible and verifiable by the promoter. If an entrant’s account is private, they may be required to send a screenshot of their Story share to Ciroa Beauty before the prize draw closes for the bonus entries to count.

Incomplete, invalid, automated, bot-generated, fraudulent, spam or duplicate entries may be disqualified at the promoter’s discretion.

Entrants must not tag fake accounts, celebrity accounts, brand accounts or people they do not know.

5. Prize

There will be one winner.

The winner will receive the Ciroa Beauty Ultimate It Girl Travel Giveaway prize bundle, consisting of:

The total approximate prize value is £1,168.59.

Prize values are approximate and correct at the time of preparing these Terms & Conditions. The promoter is not responsible for any difference in prize value between the date of publication and the date the prize is awarded.

Prize colours, models, styles and packaging may vary depending on availability. If any prize item becomes unavailable for reasons outside the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that item with an item of equal or greater value.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

The draw will take place on 1 June 2026 at 10:00am BST, which is 7:00pm AEST on 1 June 2026.

The draw will be conducted using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person. The promoter will keep appropriate records to demonstrate that the winner was selected fairly and at random.

The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.

7. Winner announcement and notification

The winner will be announced on Ciroa Beauty’s Instagram and/or TikTok Story and in the caption of the official giveaway post.

The winner will also be contacted by direct message from an official Ciroa Beauty account only.

Ciroa Beauty will never ask the winner or any entrant for payment, bank details, credit card details or any form of card information to claim the prize. Any account requesting payment or card details is not associated with Ciroa Beauty.

The winner, or their parent/legal guardian if the winner is aged 16 or 17, must respond within 72 hours of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within this time, is found to be ineligible, cannot provide suitable verification, or cannot accept the prize, the promoter reserves the right to select a new winner from the remaining valid entries.

8. Verification

The promoter may request reasonable proof of identity, age, location, social media account ownership and eligibility before awarding the prize.

Where the winner is aged 16 or 17, the promoter may request confirmation of parent or legal guardian consent and may require the parent or legal guardian to accept the prize and provide delivery details.

If suitable verification is not provided within a reasonable time, the promoter may disqualify the winner and select a new winner.

9. Prize delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address in the United Kingdom or Australia.

The promoter will cover standard delivery costs.

The promoter is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processing, incorrect delivery details provided by the winner, or events outside the promoter’s reasonable control.

The prize will be sent within 30 days of the winner successfully completing verification and providing delivery details, unless otherwise agreed with the winner.

Any taxes, duties, customs charges or other costs not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Publicity

By entering, entrants agree that if they win, Ciroa Beauty may use their first name, social media handle, country and winner announcement content for the purpose of administering and promoting the prize draw.

The winner may object to the publication of their information or request that the amount of information published is reduced, except where the promoter is required to provide winner information to a regulator or authority.

The winner may be invited to provide photo, video or testimonial content, but this is optional unless separately agreed in writing.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this prize draw will be used to administer the prize draw, contact the winner, verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Ciroa Beauty’s Privacy Policy, available on the Ciroa Beauty UK and Ciroa Beauty Australia websites.

The promoter will not ask entrants for bank details, credit card details or payment information in connection with this prize draw.

12. Platform and brand disclaimer

This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Apple, Miu Miu, BÉIS or rhode.

By entering, entrants release Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Apple, Miu Miu, BÉIS and rhode from any responsibility or liability connected with the prize draw.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the promoter and not to Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Apple, Miu Miu, BÉIS or rhode.

13. General conditions

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or modify the prize draw if fraud, technical failure, platform issues, legal requirements or any other factor outside the promoter’s reasonable control affects the fairness, integrity or proper running of the prize draw.

The promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, delayed or not received due to technical, platform, internet or other issues.

The promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently, breaches these Terms & Conditions, behaves in a way that is inappropriate or offensive, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage.

The promoter reserves the right to remove or disregard entries that contain offensive, inappropriate, harmful, misleading or unlawful content.

14. Australian trade promotion compliance

This prize draw is open to Australian residents as well as UK residents. The promoter will comply with applicable Australian trade promotion requirements where required.

Based on the approximate prize value stated above, no Australian trade promotion permit is expected to be required. However, if the final prize value changes, the promoter will review whether any permit, authority or licence is required before the prize draw is conducted.

15. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including rights that may apply to Australian entrants under Australian consumer law.
